Admission Procedure

Following are the basic steps
to get admission in Ukraine.
STEP 1:
INVITATION LETTER
To get an invitation letter
from we require the following documents:
·
Copy of International passport (Data page)
·
Copy of School leaving certificate
( Certificate of O level/A level /SSCE/ HSSCE/ WAEC/ NECO/Bachelor/Master’s )

You can send us the documents
by Emails. You can transfer payment to us by bank transfer or by western
Union/Money Gram or any available payment method. After receiving
documents and payment. We shall send you the Invitation Letter and visa
support letter.
STEP 2: VISA
After getting invitation
letter from students should contact to nearest Ukraine Embassy or Consulate. He/she should apply to
Ukraine embassy with the following documents:

Original Invitation letter
·
Original international passport (valid for one year)
·
Higher Secondary School certificate (translated into Ukrainian
language)
·
Bachelor Degree (For Master Level students)(translated into
Ukrainian language)
·
Masters Degree (For PhD Level students)(translated into
Ukrainian language)
·
Transcripts (For Masters and PhD students)
·
Birth Certificate (translated into Ukrainian language)
·
Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (translated into
Ukrainian language)
·
Medical Certificate showing physical and mental fitness
(translated into Ukrainian language)
·
8 Passport size Photos
STEP 3: ARRIVAL
After getting visa from Ukraine embassy or Consulate, students
must inform us about his/her flight details with date and arrival
time at least 4-5 days prior to arrival. One of our representatives shall receive the student at
the airport. In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival,
he/she shall be deported back to homeland. Recommended Ukrainian International Airport KIEV-Boryspil
(IATA Code: KBP).Hundreds of International airlines route to Kiev-Boryspil
Airport every day. Minimum 4000 $ US, you have at the time of Arrival with
you:

Dear Students!

airports
Our representative will meet you at airport and making all
possible arrangements to clear your immigration, and transporting you to destination
Please note that you should ask our representative to show his
Star Consultants' ID before going with him, it is to avoid any security risk
We warn here that Airport authorities do not allow students to
enter Ukrainian territory if not informed of his/ her arrival
Kindly scan your Air Ticket at least a week prior to your
arrival, so we complete arrival arrangements and inform Airport authorities
about your arrival time and flight number in time
Turkish Airline, Lufthansa, KLM, Austrian Airline, Aeroflot,
Air France, Air Arabia and many other Airlines are accessing these airports
several times a day
