How to ARRIVE:
The convenient way to come to
Belarus is by plane or by train. Look up http://www.rw.by for
trains’ schedule.
Bear in mind that National
airport “Minsk-2” is 50 km away from Minsk. You can reach the city centre from
the airport by taxi ($40) or shuttle bus ($3).
Arrival Requirements:
1. University fee. (Show money at airport) minimum 4000 $
2. TB and other medical tests. (Original. should be
printed and not be written by hand. Stamped properly)
3. HIV report on separate paper not should be with other
medical report
4. Original Secondary School Certificates
5. Birth certificate
6. 6 photos 4*6cm
All
above mentioned documents should be Attested and notarized by the state
government.

After Arrival you must following documents with you:

Congratulations! You have received a Student Visa and
arrived in Belarus. Now you are to pass the enrollment procedure, move into one
of the university dormitories, take medical examination and receive a temporary
registration (temporary residence) in Belarus for the academic year.
STEP 1. To submit the following documents to the
Admission Office:
1.
Application indicating the chosen course (filled in when submitting the
documents to the Admission Office).
2.
School certificate indicating subjects, exams taken and marks received.
3.
Medical certificate issued by a territorial medical organization of the sending
country that confirms an applicant’s ability to study in the climatic
conditions of the Republic of Belarus.
4.
Medical general certificate and AIDS-test certificate issued by an official
medical organ of the country of the candidate.
5.
Copy of birth certificate attested by a notary.

photos 3x4 cm.
7.
Certificate confirming the completion of Preparatory Course, Department or
Faculty (if available) .
8.
Passport or any other ID.
Besides
the listed documents, their translation into Russian or Belarusian attested by
a notary is needed.
STEP 2. To pass an interview checking your
knowledge of the Russian Language and major subjects.
STEP 3. To conclude an agreement on education and
to pay a tuition fee.
STEP 4. To make an agreement on compulsory
medical insurance with some insurance company (85€). Besides you can buy a
policy of voluntary medical insurance (250$ a year)
An
ORDER on enrollment is issued on the basis of a signed Agreement, results of
medical examination and a paying slip.

Citizenship and Migration within 5 days After your Arrival to Belarus. To get registration you are to submit
the following documents to the International Relations Office (1-20):

ACCOMMODATION:
Our University has all facilities to create the
necessary conditions for foreign students’ stay, to organize their life and
free time
Five well-equipped hostels for 2,500 people have everything
necessary for life, study and rest. Rooms for two and for three persons are
grouped into blocks. There is a separate bathroom and a refrigerator in each
block. There is a kitchen with electric cookers on each floor. There is an
independent-study room, a student café, a library, a social and educational
assistance center. There is a point of Internet access (Wi-Fi) in the lobby on
the first floor of the hostel complex.

The Russian language
courses for foreign citizens
Intensive studies carried out
using both traditional methods of teaching and new educational technologies
train students for doing business in Russian, including the sphere of tourism,
and help in everyday communication in the Russian-speaking
community. Students are involved in various activities, enabling them to speak
naturally and spontaneously.
Language courses are offered
to students of elementary, intermediate and advanced levels of training.
The enrolled students can be
offered intensive training both in groups and individually using the curricula
designed according to the individual needs of students. Group of students
attending the courses are prepared in accordance with the proficiency in
Russian.
Foreign citizens study on a
contract basis. Training is paid. Tuition fee is determined individually and
depends on the apprenticeship and the number of students in the group. Upon
completion of training course participants are issued a due document.
Most of the students want to complete their higher education in the foreign universities. Now avail guidance by sys visas consultant for scholarships or student visa.
