Admission Procedure

Following are the basic steps to get admission in Germany Language Course STEP 1:  INVITATION LETTER (April to June) To get an invitation letter from we require the following documents: ·         Copy of International passport (Data page) ·         Copy of School leaving certificate ( Certificate of O level/A level /SSCE/ HSSCE/ WAEC/ NECO/Bachelor/Master’s ) ·        APPLICATION FORM ·         Invitation Letter 350 Euro ·         Courier Charges Standard Charges Invitation Letter fee for Masters and PhD level: Invitation letter 575 Euro + Courier Charges: You can send us the documents by Emails. You can transfer payment to us by bank transfer or by western Union/Money Gram or any available payment method. After receiving documents and payment. We shall send you the Invitation Letter and visa support letter. STEP 2: VISA After getting invitation letter from students should contact to nearest German Embassy or Consulate. He/she should apply to Germany embassy with the following documents: ·         Original Invitation letter ·         Original international passport (valid for one year) ·         Higher Secondary School certificate (translated into Ukrainian language) ·         Bachelor Degree (For Master Level students)(translated into Ukrainian language) ·         Masters Degree (For PhD Level students)(translated into Ukrainian language) ·         Transcripts (For Masters and PhD students) ·         Birth Certificate (translated into Ukrainian language) ·         Medical Certificate showing absence of Aids/HIV (translated into Ukrainian language) ·         Medical Certificate showing physical and mental fitness (translated into Ukrainian language) ·         8 Passport size Photos ·         Health Insurance ·         Financial Support (min 10,000. 00 Euro ) = Bank Statement STEP 3: ARRIVAL After getting visa from German embassy or Consulate, students must inform us about his/her flight details with date and arrival time at least 4-5 days prior to arrival. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. In case student will not inform us about his/her arrival, he/she shall be deported back to homeland. Recommended German International Airports. Guidelines will be given further after get Visa form Embassy.
